Gloucester Royal Hospital - Civils / Enabling & Minor Works Package Duration: 5 months Start: ASAP We are currently delivering a predominantly civils-led package at Gloucester Royal Hospital, supported by specialist subcontractors covering steelwork, masonry, joinery, doors and associated building elements. Scope of works includes: Preparation of multiple areas for CFA piling (circa 60 remaining) Installation of ring beams following piling completion
Concrete slab construction across multiple areas (circa 120m²)
Masonry structure works (circa 100m²), including timber trusses and slate roof coverings Minor internal wall construction
Epoxy floor coatings (circa 60m²)
Kerbing (circa 100 linear metres)
EPDM roofing (circa 14m²)
Small canopy extension
Replacement of soffits and fascias (circa 33m²)
Structural steel elements including wind posts, trimmer beams, and temporary/permanent steel for large generator installations
Tarmac surfacing (circa 180m²)
Drainage works including French drains, diversions, and new installations to service new structures
